Does anyone know the procedure for a Markman hearing? It is just cut and dried taking a very few minutes or is like a mini-trial where both sides, in effect, get to present in front of the judge what their cases are? Does the judge present a ruling at once or at some future date?

Is it in a courtroom where visitors can sit and watch? If so is the proceding open to the public?

Has anyone been to a Markman hearing on this board? If so please give me/us the benefit of your experience.

Heck, if it's "Perry Mason" thingy it just might be worthwhile attending.....
