Trillium (Larry)... Yep, that's something to consider. I'm not sure how they would handle that. Here's hoping they would settle Sanyo first....then try to settle with Panasonic for a much larger agreement. Or, combine the two for a much larger sum. Whatever the case, it brings a smile to my face just thinking about it.

Of course, Panasonic is much larger company than Sanyo and I would hope a much larger settlement would be in order.
