hi minister, appreciate all your great imput. a couple of quick questions 1) can DM file infringement against digecor? 2) if yes, does the present case determine when-does the case need to be 'over' before a filing? 3) if outcome for suit favorable to edig are we able to recover legal fees? also does the present case eliminate any actions by DM in regard to any future actions such as those with the initial 7 or 8 infringers??? i sure appreciate your knowlege and sharing of same. am glad i didn't study law i would have washed out by lunchtime on the first day. please keep up your great input. nothing against the boss, but i hope you can win some good wines from him. it would be great if you drank them together. you are both BIG winners in my book go edig
