At what point does DM start to fill the pipeline with the next round of infringers to keep a steady cash flow to EDIG and themselves?

Considering it took only 7 months to finalize the first settlement, should we be seeing several more shortly...or will they sting them out?

If they start to settle in clusters they certainly need to start filing more new suits, especially considering the wealth and breadth of companies that make up the 180+.

Something's gotta break out soon on both sides of that equation...settlements and new suits alike.

Bodes well from now until the end of the fiscal year March 31, 2009.

If Blakeley has any say so I would guess he'd sure like to beat last years record revenue fiscal year....and that should mean a lot of action over the next 5 months.
