I want to believe we will hear what we want to hear with the upcoming filing mid month, but my gut tells me we are jumping the gun. DM needs to settle up on expenses too...after their 40%. It's possible the LG settlement does no more than fund the effort towards the others currently filed upon.

I most certainly hope to "eat these words" come mid month, but until then, I'm not jumping up and down watching this grass grow.
