Jumping the gun?

Come on, EDIG announced a settlement fee was due them. It doesn't make any difference if it's recorded in Q3 or Q4 except to those who will throw cold water on the next settlement for some obscure reason such as accounting procedures. When it is recorded doesn't change the settlement amount.

You should be amazed at the buying opportunity knowing that suit #1 has been announced just 6 months after it was filed and that there are still over 180 more to go !!!!!!!!
