If I am DM and I settle the current 8 in a reasonable time, then believe I can win most of the remaining, I would put all of my resources available on the remainder, considering how many I could mange and go for it.

The phase two infringers make up a small percent of the total and who knows, they may be more willing to discuss the issues as opposed to going to trial.

We will see, I personally hope we don't have to look at this process as an annuity.
