It's a $5 million/year company in which you invested, and that's in a good year. So there should be absolutely no excitement that your little high risk penny play is actually litigating and winning settlements in real time after years of speculation. Seems there was something to that speculation.

Revelations since the September shareholders meeting are that they are looking at settlements in the hundreds of millions...AND since then it has become quite apparent settlements are happening MUCH FASTER than most had anticipated.

Just your average, run of the mill penny stock investment just coming off its lows...LOL

About 6 months ago we had doubters that there would even be a shareholders meeting and they reiterated that on a daily basis...then they projected settlements not likely until after the 2010 Markman date.

I'm so glad we have such on target expertise to calm us from becoming over jubilent...heck we sure wouldn't want the PPS to rise on expectations, now, would we?

Expectations based on real patents...finally coming to fruition....shhh, keep it quiet.
