I don't discount the possibility that the technical presentation was simplified for shareholders and that much was probably left out of the discussion. We have an example of one, easy to prove claim, but we don't know all the specific claims being pressed by DM with their current strategy (Phase 1).

Beyond that, Vivitar was singled out and chosen to be first for reasons that are no doubt important, but that none of us can guess. I'm comfortable that DM is in the driver's seat, making obvious progress, and apparently achieving some degree of success. Without more information, I must let DM make the technical leaps - which will hopefully result is share price leaps!!
