well lets equate to e.Digitals bottom line....e.Digital is considered small business.

250k net was my consideration....if that represents 10%....the business is a 2.5 mill operation, there are may business that meet that criteria......fine, I consider that a cottage business..

That is not my concern....my concern is a business like e.Digital that is supposed to be, or should be, a leader out of the mess....and trades publicly.
