Samsung is after 4D IP architecture, allowing for greater density of physical memory, it's not totally about acquiring integration IP.

Just like Edig investors(i mean traders) they do not understand.

IMO...Sandisk would be a good investment for the same reason Samung want's them.

Sandisk is holding out for the future of their 4D.
