I had to increase my buy twice today and finally offered it above the ask with an all or none bid. They filled me below my price, and then took it higher...very interesting fill.
If those in the know, like us, now have the confidence to recognize this is going higher, then we could set new 2 or 4 year highs before most of this becomes common knowledge.
