I under stand the scenario completely.

If you refer to my previous years of posting....regarding caching schemes and how easy it would be to spot them....they are in effect reviewing CE items in that regard.

The speed in which LG and Edig came to terms....has to involve more than that issue.

IMO, during this down cycle the industry will go through a face lift change with regard to how things are priced and moved in the CE markets going forward. Every bit of price saving will be in play.

If LG is smart...now is the time to jump...and come out swing once the consumer comes back....and hit hard on whatever franchise they get protecting their rights.

Oil, coming down in the dramatic fashion it is, will bring the consumer back, if the price stays low over time.

CE companies have that only to gamble on @ the moment.
