On 8/27/2008 KMPG conducted a world wide sale of VIVITAR'S world wide brand and Intellectual Property and ended up selling it to SAKAR International Inc., a 30 year old family owned consumer electronics manufacturer in Edison New Jersey.

May be my friend Guido from New Jersey owns Vivitar now...Lol...Lol...

Based on the foregoing, and the fact that DM has served everyone with Notice of the Law Suit, SAKAR will be on of the pockets in the matter...
