During the conversation with my Lawyer friend yesterday we discussed cross licensing as it pertained to the speculation I posted yesterday. He said it was more likely that edig regognized the value one of LG's patents and how it could utilize that patent in one of it's designs. As a result of the cross licensing the terms of the contingency fee might change to 50% - 50% or some other % to fairly represent the value of the cross licensing.

My friend is very well qualified to know one end of law to the other as he is a law professor.....too bad he's a Tampa Bay fan... Go Red Sox!
