Worst case scenario

I love our worst case scenario...that being low settlement dollars that occur just 7 months after filing. I say that only because there are so many infringers and that translates into big dollars by virtue of the number of infringers.

That would mean somewhere around $200 million over the next 3 -5 years...and that's NET, not gross revenues.

That prospect takes this stock north, leaves the company with a substantial war chest and eliminates all debt.

Who wouldn't be happy with that projection of revenues?

OK, I know that many of us who have hung in there keeping our eye on the ball watching billions of product dollars being generated on the back of EDIG's patents might be a wee bit disappointed.

The fact remains that there is ample probability that settlements will be much more substantial than my worst case scenario and that's why I continue to buy way down here in the pennies.

So as an investor, I see our worst case scenario bringing the company to profitability and increasing shareholder value....not a bad thing by any stretch of the imagination.

Of course I expect more than that and will be right there when it happens.

The first settlement north of $10 million and all bets are off.
