We do not have patents in foreign countries, however, the patents are published WIPO. Each patent under this publishing has a list of identified countries/states that are supposed to be abiding by the rules of the WIPO.

They are going after the publishing's recognized under the USPTO.

Perhaps publishing's recognized under WIPO will come at a later date. For USPTO and WIPO there's a boundary of cross license recognition. Do settlement cross licensing, cross the boundaries?

For what ever purpose, they have gone the rout for a recognized world foot print.
