That's what RP was telling Frank, IMO. I'm fairly certain PN and RP have input, but DM has a legal strategy and they are in this game to win as much as possible. Otherwise, why play? They have a ton-o-expense in the game now.

IMO, the dollar amounts will take care of themselves as we begin to see Q reports and multiple license agreements are put into place. Everyone wants the most possible and that applies to DM as well.
