The only part that counts are the products sold by these companys where our patent portfolio was used without EDIG's consent.

The annual sales are important from a finacial ability to pay us point of view, but the target is the digital electronic market only. How much $ did these infringers make by stealing our IP and selling their stuff world wide is the real issue...everyone knows that.

The slide FF put up, or maybe it was PN..? showed 30 bln in 2006 and RP stated 2008 was 40-50 bln.
