I believe you are right about DM wanting a very large pile-o-cash from the EDIG cases. In fact, they probably will not be satisfied for only 20M or even 50M over the course of time. They want more than that and RP repeated that sentiment with "hundreds of millions" of dollars.

The speculation here is far more about the first settlement and I don't believe anyone is a "naysayer" for believing the first settlement could be less than 5M or so. Yes, it could be a lot more. We simply don't have the information to know any real number and the lack of an 8K so far is reason to speculate that the first settlement is more like normal Q revs. If they file an 8K today, that would change.

What happens if we all believe the first settlement is for 25 million dollars and it turns out to be only 1 million dollars for EDIG (~1.8M total settlement less expenses)? Are we dead in our tracks? Nope. We now have four to five months operating expenses from only one of 170+ possible deals. And this does not include any of Willy's efforts / results.

I'm OK with 1M net net to EDIG's piggy bank. I'd really be OK with 10M net net and I'll probably buy you a drink with 50M net net. Tough to call that naysaying. It's just speculation about unknown dollars from unknown entities.

From what you and I have seen for many years, this is a winfall. We will be on our way to EDIG Welfare -- but we darn well earned it.
