If this was a big settlement it would be reflected in the PPS, which it's not, regardless of confidentiality and market conditions because somebody always knows somebody.

And since its confidential and will be hidden in filings who's to say they didn't low-ball it just to intice others -

I think RP stated it would be booked this q so it's a done deal and imo whould have needed an 8-k if it was above-n-beyond our current money-flow norm.
