If I am a Samsung, or Nokia or Casio...etc.....and I am being sued in the same vein as the "first infringer" who settled for a "first mover discount", then I am jumping up and down for joy.......

I will find out exactly what that settlement was, AND YOU KNOW I WILL, and base on that settlement what I will consider settling for.

Can you imagine the discussion in Samsung's corporate offices when they know the first infringer settled for that extraordinary high sum of $1,000,000 and they have to pay $50,000,000 for doing the same thing?????

Sorry, I don't buy the naysaying.....
