EDIG's motion for summary judgment (Doc 214) was filed on 5 Sep 08 and digEcor hasn't filed any oppositions to the motion. Not sure how long the Court waits to render its decision in Utah but in Texas, it's only 15 days. Man, I hope that ruling comes this month in favor of EDIG...I really want this case behind us. I'll do some research to see if I can determine what the Utah court wait time is.
