I agree we'll get another settlement within 3 months, especially considering we've gotten the first and arguably the hardest. After reading the ASM reports from several posters, all said they heard that settlements were pending. I honestly did not expect our timeline for a settlement would be moving this fast. With our first Markman Hearing scheduled for 20 months away, I figured defendants would litigate at least another year. Perhaps it is a slam dunk case for DM and Nunally to prove to infringers. What a great effort by DM and management to reach this landmark achievement this early.

My guess for our first licensee is Samsung. They probably know our IP better than any other defendant.
