I have always considered that at some point a large conglomerate of the industry would lead into an effort for their own resolve.

Early settlement, other than Vivitar, to me, means that someone within the industry is breaking rank.

Silver has noted that paper work is still flowing for the Vivitar issue, giving us the notion that it is not Vivitar.
