In checking the chart in YAHOO!, the PPS shot from ~4.25 to ~14.0 on this news last year and closed at 16.23 last Friday.

TMTA was listed on the NASDAQ, but not so sure that matters much in our case with all the exposure EDIG has had over the last 10 years.

If this is any indication of what could happen to us...just fainted!
