And, along those lines, I believe there is a chance that last qtr was a break-even. We had the order in process (nearly $1M up front) which could get us $500 profit, we got ~$100K from F-10, and I suspect decent NRE income ($150k+?, for work on digEsystem if nothing else). That totals $750, which is right near our burn rate for the qtr. It`ll be awhile before we know....

But in the example I suggested, the achievement of profitability would pretty much be a ``no-brainer`` (i.e., 10,000 units =~$2.5M profit in the qtr, or three+ times our burn rate). Don`t need auditors to figure that one out!
