My take is that people that signed up for the show got copies of all talks at the conferences held. Perhaps the newsletter goes out to all the participants first and then the press. I subscribe to several news letters that I pay for and get on day of publication. I can get the same info days or weeks later at the library on the net for free. I recall the visitor fee listed on the expo web site was about $1200.00 or ? It was listed. Time costs. Time pays?
