This makes the most sense to me. As a 'P' company investor, the hidden amounts were very important to TPL and the combined Alliance legal team. Why give any advantage to a mean ole copy cat company? IMO, DM is a more aggressive bunch than TPL's group and, from what has been posted, EDIG's tech is far easier to prove infringed upon than PTSC, at least for the first round. For the record, my guess is the INTL and TI world may be round 2.

As for the amount of the first settlement, I simply choose not to be overly excited about many millions of dollars. It would be nice to see, but I'm selling a share at this point. The pps will take care of itself as multiple settlements come to pass. Will we see a huge bump with the first Q report? Who knows. It won't make any difference to me. I didn't wait this long to take anything off the table until we see DM kick into high gear.

Again, I don't think the settlement is chump change, but I'm not holding my breath for big bucks and a huge pps increase in November.
