It hasn't yet been a week since we were surprised with the good news of an early settlement.

The word is beginning to spread much like early '99 when investors anticipated global handheld markets sporting EDIG technology....but this time there are dollars attached.

We saw the market's perception and stock price appreciation in anticipation of those Lucent/Texas Instrument/INTEL etc products being developed.

So the players evolved over time but the patents remain....
