Any settlement this early in the litigation process is BIG, considering there are so many infringers outstanding.

If EDIG had only one lawsuit and one infringer, circumstances would be different, but we have heard management identify an over $20 Billion retail market for just the first 10 infringers....so anything can happen.

Early movement forward bodes well for the next 180+ waiting to happen.

Also note that 180 small settlements = big numbers.
