I look at the fact that they asked for ONLY 50M additional authorized shares to be a real positive in that it also seems to suggest that settlement dollars will be significant.

Hmmm...very good point. Since we know RP and PN had been in multiple meetings, we could assume they were in on the dollars discussion.

One point that I failed to mention earlier. Sometimes the easy way out is just that. Companies large and small need the full attention of their excutive staff to execute in tough times. The distraction created by a legal battle and the legal fees involved can be very motivating.
