INTEL had brought all their big guns and were chasing after PTSC in most of Federal Courts in Northen California. However as soon as all the case were consolidated by Chief Judge Patel in San Francisco and sent to TEXAS, INTEL gave PTSC $8 million and dropped all their cross law suits. That was the Validation PTSC agreed to as the Moore Patents and those PTSC had bought from the estate of the co-patent develpoer were both represented by PTL against all the other defendants...

EDIG has no such problems...

Their Patents were at least 4 years before anyone else thinking about digital data transmission management. And there is a long history in the past 10 years of their involment with defendants like SONY, SAMSUNG, SANYO, etc. in being active in the evolution that we see today where everything is going digital...

If I was an attorney representing SONY, it would be malpractice if I did not advise them to settle in light of all that is out there showing SONY nad EDIG working closely in the past 10 years to move Digital Era along...
