What would your opinion be, in having a part of Vivitar, in the event there's no significant cash settlement....would you walk away from that brand name with just a possible Judges ruling?

Or would you leverage the tech to ownership with a distribution company(Sakar)?

IMO, bad economy, however, could be a good fit.
