management got this first settlement done just 4 business days before the end of the quarter is HUGH , We will get the details in mid nov. instead of Feb. 09 if they just waited 5 days to close it out .

Management is working hard to increase shareholder value . and if this first settlement is 10 mil , good bye to pennies , we'll be in the dollars before the end of the year !
