are unfounded, as today was a "significant" event for e.digital, but especially when you try and compare EDIG to PTSC. NOT, apples and apples, not really even close. If you have done your homework, you'll know that e.digital's tech has had unbridled interest in the past and if not for bad luck, they wouldn't have any at all. Deals with Intel, Lucent, Gateway, Disney/HP, could have easily made EDIG a very different company than today had they been able to '"leverage" this tech. This settlement does so many different positive things for EDIG it has literally, or will literally transform this company into now being able to leverage this leading edge tech, once and for all, provided the money is managed and spent well. I don't think today is a day to cast doubt, or critiize but to celebrate ALONG awaited confirmation that EDIG's patent portfolio is valid and solid. If you are an experienced investor, you might also have gathered that this is very typical (confidential disclosure and terms), and that it will be revealed eventually. Bottomline is, this is BIG TIME for a .15cent stock with big prospects in not only one area, but Two very large revenue streams (patent porfolio & eVU type devices and other potential products). Hope you won't continue to harp on the "glass half full scenarios, but enjoy the "half full versions" given the facts? Furthermore, the markets for EDIG's flash portfolio, are far bigger than that of PTSC portfolio and therefore the potential (Ask P.N.) and far less shares outstanding. mguru
