My problem is, I live in an area that is suffering, perhaps that exacerbates the problem for me.

May of the banks around me are not going to benefit from the bail out. I would expect that to be the same in all regions that have problem banks.

Main St is not going to benefit from the bail out, it will come down to survival of the fittest.
