I've been adding to my postion in a very big way since the announcement of a SHM date and have continued since. Even though I mouthed off that we would not hear something significant at the meeting, which is partially true, hope was in the air. RP and PN where very confident.

I remain baffled why the volume and PPS is what it is, and feel that the many disappointments over the last few years has everyone in a cautious/wait and see mode. That's the only explaination that makes sense to me anyway.

The suspense of Oct 28th is a killer!
