Hi Robert, Did you write the following to a fellow shareholder or has it been doctored?

I thought I understood from our last conversation that a business update / guidance would be forthcoming the end of March beginning of April. I thought I remembered you including words to the effect ``at the end of a quarter`` as a part of your explanation of when the company provides business updates. Did I misunderstand you or is there something missing from your responce here.

Thank you for your e-mail, Mike. Through our own resources and

information supplied by our customers, we provide the most current information

available at the times we give guidance. We mainly provide business

updates and available guidance when we we release our financial reports.

We expect to hold our next shareholder`s meeting this summer after the

release of our Form 10K for the period ended March 31, 2005. To date, no

guidance has been given regarding profitability. We look forward to

providing updated information about our business and technology progress

in upcoming company communications. Please call me at your convenience

Appologies for questioning the accuracy of Mikes orrigional email but it didn`t jive with my recollection nor the information jtdiii had presented in his report about a month ago. ``15. A guidance announcement should be forthcoming in late March/early April for Q4. `` I guess I was questioning my ability to hear correctly as well. LOL
