If you go out and look around your neighbor hood at lingering commercial real estate....do you want your government to take position of properties of this type?

The government is not going to make any money on any such issues going into the future.

Around me, there's literally millions of sf', of unused office space.

Anyone want to take a guess why?

Technology is displacing.

We've gone through the last hurrah....now they want to stick it to the tax payer and let them hold the bag going into the future.

This does not all relate to bad paper backing residential issues.
