My comment about RP always being positive when I have had communications with him was not a negative. Just an observation. I believe the guy works hard and has had to put up with a lot of BS through the years. As far as I know, he has never told me anything he did not believe was true at that time. I can't state the same for Collier, but one never knows who is being truthful and stuff just happens and who is just covering their own arse. Collier, IMO, was not good for us.

Of course, not everyone that works hard puts 100s of millions of dollars in their company accounts. I know RP has a ton of EDIG stock and he is well vested to cash in with the rest of us should we see the gold at the end of the rainbow one day.

My point was simple. I don't believe that rainbow is as close as some here seem to believe. Settlements take time and I hope we see something soon, but it will not bother me to head into 2009 just as we sit here today. I believe 2009 will really be our year. That's just one big dumb guy from Tennessee's opine and I have been wrong before. Heck, even a broken down old clock is right twice a day. Maybe I'll be a little bit lucky this time around.
