imagine that...Toshiba having to steal ideas form a small firm for not having the technology to drive their own flash memory.... They tried to create their own IP but failed to make it happen. That more than likely because there`s only so many ways you can bend a piece of wire to create a paper clip...and have the structured concept be completely different.

e.Digital`s patented technology stays within it`s novel bounds....and it`s much more than IP for a flash controllers.

They could run circles around them...similar to what Samsung is now coming out with.
