I guess, now that LL is convenced of these "facts", because they appear in a legal journal?, that gives EDIG claims more credibility.

Way to go BILL and many thanks. See if you can find something written by some of your favorite IP defense firm discussing the chances of EDIG recoveries in their law suits...
