the "alledged" infringers......how about that LL....good legal thinking...HUH???? In the meeting all the patents were put on the board but ONLY ONE was mentioned and talked about in detail...that was 774....the "grandfather" according to PN, of them all. I do not know what the other 4 consist of but 774 is soley about Removable Flash Memory that can record and playback.

At the meeting RP said "That is what EDig is based on and that is what we are going after".

While other facets of the lawsuits may come into play the FOCUS, from the lips of RP at the meeting is on 774, Removable Flash Memory that can Record and Playback Audio.

I don't know how the other 4 patents come into play. They were not mentioned and I am not a "techie"

Perhaps the infringers are ONLY being sued for their unauthorized use of 774 and nothing else????....at least at this time, since RP did mention regarding the lawsuits "we are in phase one right now, phase two will follow"
