The article says that they want to use the ``parts and pieces`` of Sundstrand and Pratt. Seems to me that Sundsrtand makes the parts and Wencor distributes parts, figures out the logistics. Pratt makes engines among other things. So would Wencor be distributing the parts for Cloudlink? I don`t understand the total relationship as of yet. I`ll just consider it a new possible piece to the puzzle. Could means something or nothing so far.
