I read the entire thing.....snnzzzzzz.....yawn......I didn't see anywhere that it mentioned Flash memory, nor audio recording device, nor playback of the audio, nor removable flash memory from the device.....

The above is what EDig's 774 is all about and is exactly what the infringers are being sued for...

It was specifically mentioned at the SHM by PN the 774 encompassed "A REMOVABLE FLASH MEMORY AUDIO RECORDING AND PLAYBACK DEVICE.....that is whole migilla.....
