IMHO You can't deduce the actual number of shareholders unless the TA does it vi master SH-List or by utilizing obo/nobe even then it's difficult because the obo objectionables isn't allowed; and because many many holders have multiple accounts, i have three so i'd devide that 20k by 3... I'd be suprised if it surpassed 5k.
