I spoke with Putnam a couple of days ago and he alluded to edig filing (8k's was what I thought he was referring to) on or before the SH meeting. This apparently didn't happen, but it leaves me wondering what that was all about. I interpreted it as the possibility of a settlement with one of the infringers. (Vivitar being the most likely) The enthusiasm expressed by both Nunley and Putnam as mentioned by some of the observers makes me wonder if a settlement was so immanent that the hope was that it could be announced at the meeting. Did anyone at the meeting come away with that feeling? .....It could also be that Putnam is expecting to file an 8k declaring the sale of additional shares now that they have been approved.
