2nd Circ. Won't Rehear Nokia Dispute: InterDigital

Law360, New York (September 17, 2008) -- A federal appeals court has refused to revisit its July order that overturned a ruling allowing Nokia Corp. to take its patent spat with InterDigital Inc. over mobile handsets to arbitration, according to InterDigital.
