huh, possibly a two time loser. I'm betting on it! I don't know if A. Diaz was there.

I have a bone to pick with the rules of these settlements in infringement cases. There needs to be a way that public companies disclose to ALL of its owners, the amounts of these settlements. It's not typically the case because companies feel somehow their obliged to keep it confidential at the request of the thieves that stole in the first place? How submissive. Somehow I know this will not be the case and I think it's high time the shareholders demand as owners the right to know results. Alot of sweeping changes in the industry, I'm putting in my bid to resolve to stop the secrecy and disclose/full transparency to all shareholders. I've tried for 15 years, here and to anyone that would listen to school investors on the "stacked deck" that crooks/hedge funds had in the way of manipulative "Naked short selling."lol, due to the catastrophe in our markets, I think they ALL get it now! Now, I'm moving to other shareholder rights issues. Ok, I'm toast, talk at ya later. mguru
